ND Point System

The point system is broken down as follows:

Neighborhood Deputy activity not scheduled as of yet(must be posted on Hood Happenings)=2

Neighborhood Deputy nonattendance at ND meeting=3

Neighborhood Deputy specialty not performed adequately=3

Neighborhood Deputy lack of posting on Hood's main message board and or Hood Happenings=2

Neighborhood Deputy lack of submitting weekly report=5

Neighborhood Deputy lack of scheduling Block Leader meetings for month(must be posted on Hood Happenings)=3

Monthly activity not scheduled by Block staff as of yet(should also be posted on Hood Happenings as well as block message board)=2(per block)

Staff listed but not living in block=2(per block)

Abandoned homes not deleted in timely manner=4(per block)

Block Board needs to be cleaned of old messages=1(per block)

Block Board needs updating of staff listed/configuration adjustments=1(per block)

More than 3 free spaces opened/free spaces available but none opened=2(per block)

Block Deputy meetings not scheduled(should be listed in Hood Happenings as well as on block board)=3(per block)

Block monthly discussion forum not scheduled(should be listed in Hood Happenings as well as on block board)=2(per block)

Lack of Staff(1 Block Leader, and minimal of 3 Block Deputies)=4(per block)

Untrained staff=1pt for each untrained staff member per block/week

The Neighborhood Deputy who has accumulated the least amount of points for the month will receive a reward of their choice! For reward, you must have served as a Neighborhood Deputy for Mythology for at least two weeks prior to awarding. If you have accumulated the least amount of points for the month and you are in the:

Red=No reward granted

Points:
1-20=Green
21-25=Yellow
26 and above=Red

If you are in the red two weeks in a row you will be suspended for two days.

If you are in the red for three consecutive weeks in a row or your blocks are in a severe state of affairs you will be terminated.
